About

Giver is an online gift processing and storage platform. Giver is also a young and ambitious startup on Moldova market that tries to revolutionize the gift industry by providing an amazing digital product.

Goal

The client defined the goal as developing a Progressive Web Application in order to support features like: Add to Home Screen, Camera Module and Push Notifications

Challenge

The technical challenge was to pick a font-end technology that has good integration with PWA, also the picked technology shall be scalable for future development and new features integration.

Technical Solution

We had to choose between the two most popular front-end frameworks, React and Angular. By doing a fast POC we came to conclusion that Angular has great tools for making an app PWA.
